Payment & Refund Policy

This policy explains what Pulse State Roleplay customers buy, how recurring billing works, when refunds are available, and how payment disputes should be handled.

1. What Users Buy

We sell digital supporter products for a roleplay community. These products may include queue convenience, cosmetic perks, community badges, Discord roles, supporter-only updates, and similar non-gameplay benefits.

If a product or perk is supplied in return for payment, it is not described as a donation. It is a paid digital product.

2. One-Time and Recurring Charges

Subscription products renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. One-time products are charged once and do not renew.

We clearly show the price, billing frequency, and renewal terms before payment is taken.

3. Cancellation and Immediate Digital Delivery

You can cancel recurring billing from your account area, through the payment-provider portal, or by contacting our Discord community.

By completing checkout for digital content that starts immediately, you request immediate supply and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you may lose the standard 14-day cancellation right to the extent permitted by law.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available where required by law, including for duplicate charges, unauthorised payments we confirm were not made by you, or digital content that is faulty, unlawful, or materially not as described.

Once a renewal has been processed and the renewed entitlement period has started, refunds are not normally available except where required by law or approved as a goodwill exception.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment is wrong, contact our Discord community before raising a chargeback. We may temporarily suspend the related entitlement while a payment dispute is investigated.

We will not restrict any genuine statutory right to dispute a payment, but abuse of chargebacks, refund fraud, or false claims may lead to account restrictions.
