FiveM Compliance Statement

This statement defines the guardrails for supporter products and explains how the platform avoids gameplay or economy advantages.

1. Supporter Product Scope

All FiveM-linked supporter products offered by Pulse Roleplay are intended to comply with the Cfx.re monetisation framework and are limited to queue convenience, cosmetics, and community recognition.

2. No Pay-to-Win Benefits

We do not sell in-game money, XP, progression boosts, weapons, stat boosts, property ownership, exclusive jobs, combat advantage, or similar competitive benefits.

3. Queue Convenience Only

Queue priority reduces waiting time only. It does not guarantee immediate access, a reserved slot, or immunity from moderation, bans, or server-capacity limits.

4. Compliance Changes

We may change or remove any perk at any time if needed to stay compliant with Cfx.re, Rockstar, Tebex, or applicable law.

5. Independence Statement

Pulse Roleplay is an independent community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Cfx.re, Discord, Stripe, or Tebex unless explicitly stated.
